ServisWizz - Auto Service Work Order and Stock Tracking System

ServisWizz - Auto Service Work Order and Stock Tracking System is part of WebWizz's internal product and demo software portfolio. It was designed to show how auto service, maintenance and spare-parts operations teams can move from scattered spreadsheets, disconnected tools and manual follow-up into a focused operational dashboard. This is not presented as a customer reference; it is a working interface demo that demonstrates WebWizz's modular product thinking for a specific business domain.

The product experience is organized around vehicle intake, work orders, customer and vehicle records, technician planning, spare-parts and stock management. Each module combines summary metrics, filtered lists, status labels and detail areas so users can understand the current state of the operation without moving through several unrelated screens. The aim is to make recurring work easier to scan, compare and act on during a busy day.

The main dashboard highlights today's intake list, open work orders, vehicles ready for delivery, parts waits and income summary. KPI cards, alert panels, dense tables and persistent navigation are used together so the core purpose of the product is visible immediately. Example data such as plate details, work-order states, stock alerts and maintenance records is included only to make the demo realistic and readable; it does not describe real customers, revenue, medical data, vehicles, members or measured business outcomes.

The interface is designed with roles such as service manager, service advisor, technician, parts specialist in mind. Managers need a broad operational overview, while daily users need quick filters, clear statuses and fast access to records. The layout balances both needs by keeping the navigation stable, grouping actions close to the data they affect and making important states visible through compact visual signals.

The product concept treats vehicle intake, work orders and customer and vehicle records as connected modules rather than isolated pages. That makes the interface easier to extend later with real permissions, API integrations, reporting screens and notification flows. The demo screens keep this expansion path visible through a clear, inspectable and consistent dashboard language.

From the actual project files, the demo is implemented as static HTML5 screens using Tailwind CSS through CDN configuration, JavaScript, Google Fonts and the Material Symbols icon set. The pages use a responsive dashboard structure with sidebar navigation, headers, cards, tables and module-specific content areas. The same shell could later be connected to a Laravel, API or SaaS backend without changing the product concept.

ServisWizz is added to the WebWizz Projects section as an internal digital product. It is intentionally not marked as a completed reference, and the client name is stored as WebWizz. Visitors can evaluate it through its screen design, information architecture, module coverage and operational use case rather than unsupported claims about real-world customer results.
