By using the Webwizz platform, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Scope of Services
Webwizz provides web development, mobile app development, UI/UX design, and digital consulting services. Our services are delivered within the scope defined in the project agreement signed with the client.
2. User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information when using our platform. You are responsible for your account security. Use for illegal or harmful purposes is strictly prohibited.
3. Payment Terms
Project payments are made according to the schedule specified in the agreement. Late payments may incur interest charges. In case of cancellation, fees for completed work are non-refundable.
4. Intellectual Property
After project completion and full payment, intellectual property rights of the delivered product are transferred to the client. Webwizz reserves the right to use the project as a portfolio reference.
5. Limitation of Liability
Webwizz cannot be held responsible for service interruptions, data loss, or issues arising from third-party services. Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the project.
6. Changes
We reserve the right to update these terms with prior notice. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
