WP AI Assistant is a multi-business platform we are developing to manage customer messages from WhatsApp and websites in one panel. It uses business information, opening hours, services and FAQs to answer questions and hands unanswered requests to your team.
WhatsApp and website support
Connect through a QR code or the official WhatsApp Cloud API. A chat bubble or embedded support window brings the same assistant to your website. Business information can be edited in the panel or imported from a website and reviewed.
Calendar bookings
The assistant checks availability in the built-in calendar or Google Calendar and creates bookings with customer confirmation. Cancellations and WhatsApp booking reminders support the customer journey.
CRM and human handoff
Customer profiles, conversation history, business notes and requests are managed in one panel. Automated replies pause when your team takes over. Notifications and webhooks connect the assistant to existing workflows.
WebWizz provides setup, business configuration and website integration. This project is under development; the cover is an illustrative feature design.
